The Pierce Team was established in 2000. Larry and Denise Pierce have personally closed over $200 Million in real estate transactions from our Mount Dora offices and have been Multi-Million Dollar Producers for 19 consecutive years.

2000- 2007 We began our real estate career with Coldwell Banker in Mount Dora. We became their Top Producers during our first year and held this position for 7 years earning multiple annual Presidential award recognitions.

2007-2014 We opened, owned and operated our own successful independent real estate brokerage…Pierce Realty…located in historic downtown Mount Dora where we remained area top producers annually.

2014-2017 Pierce Realty was acquired by Re/Max. We withdrew from managing the brokerage and continued to work as Re/Max agents.

2017-Present...We moved our broker licenses to Watson Realty Corporation-Mount Dora, again earning award recognitions our first year.
